You also have to go into the create a fighter mode and select the new fighter option, but you don't have to finish the creation (Thanks to AMC Slave)

as well as check the store and select each option.
The shop is located in the Game Progress section of the main menu.
Underneath the word Colection you will see shop menu
*****The best advise I can give you if you believe you have done everything and still no achievement, is do the practice mode because a lot of people seem to forget this. If that doesnt work, start from the top and go down to the bottom and it should come eventually***** |
