You win this achievement by playing the 2nd level: Winter Contingency. This is the level that starts out with you in a Falcon, flying into the abandoned base looking for your teammates distress beacon.

1) This is 10x easier then any level you will run into for this game. Slow and steady, use the Pistol / Plasma pistol combo on the few Elites that you run across.

2) HEADSHOT, stay back, pick off the grunts and move forward. This is mostly filled with Grunts and Jackals, which are all 1 shot kills, as long as it is a headshot.

3) When you get to the later part, Kat is put in charge of closing the door while you are being attacked. The easiest way through this is to hide in the room they are trying to close and shoot out of it. The NPC's take out most of the people, and the bad guys can only come from 1 direction.

4) Work through the inside of the building, and after the cut scene where you are looking at the injured people, you will enter a room that Jorge tells you to "Clear Out". In this room there is an Elite with a power sword, WATCH OUT. I have played this level 5 times and have it so I can beat it in 15 minutes but I still always die on this guy. You NEED to plasma pistol / head shot...and make sure you see him from a distance and run back up the hallway you worked down. The 1st time I beat it, I just ran behind Jorge for cover and the Elite stopped on him and hit him 5 times while I unloaded and killed the Elite with my AR...so that is also an option if you act fast enough / get lucky.
