Just play the song "Last Night On Earth" on guitar and maintain a streak of 95 notes. Your longest note streak is displayed on the results screen after the song ends.
This song is ridiculously easy on Guitar, but it doesn't have a lot of notes. Getting 100% on this song on Expert difficulty will pretty much guarantee you the achievement, but there is no difficulty requirement for this achievement.
You can achieve this in either Career or Quickplay. |

Get Perfect on medium difficulty and this will unlock no problem. Song is pretty easy and i should know i suck at guitar.
