The easiest way to get this achievement is to go to the Far Rim cluster (which isn't unlocked until later in the game), there are only a total of four planets to probe.
Start with the Ma-At section of the cluster and you only need to probe the one and only planet there.
Then, after that, probe the other 2 planets to get items (you need to actually scan the planets to get some resources). You'll have 100% before no time. |

| If you choose to do Zaeed's loyalty mission, getting this achievement is a breeze. His mission will mass relay you into the Ismar Frontier via Aquilla. Zip around the planets and get fuel, if needed. From there you travel to the Faia system to find Zorya, Zaeed's destination. Simply cruise to the other three planets in the system and the achievement chimes in. |

| All i did was go to the Shadow Sea Cluster and went to every planet. You dont need to actually probe the planet, all you have to do is just visit for a quick second. |
