This achievement is earned after you destroy the attacking Blue Suns Gunship. You can make this fight a lot easier in two ways.

Renegades can kill the Blue Suns Sergeant before the Assault on Archangel's Base with a Renegade interrupt that sees Sheperd sticking an electrical welding tool into the Batarians back.

Engineers and Infiltrators have the advantage of the Incinerate ability. The gunship has no health, only armour, and armour is weak to Incinerate.

Mordin too has this ability so if you are a paragon adept then bringing Mordin along is a big help.

Combine above techniques for an easy fight. For example a Renegade Engineer with Mordin will find this fight easy even on the harder difficulties.
