It's worth noting that you have to activate starstream at the same time 3 times in the song. When the big heart is flashing behind the couple. I didn't know this and only did it once every other time I did it and was only getting "Love Birds" for my raiting. Maybe that was just me being stupid and not reading the instructions properly. But I worked it out eventually.
It's been said that you might only need to activate starstream twice for it to unlock. I had to do it 3 times though. |

you only need to activate starstram tree times.
you can do this in both co-op and single player.
so you can esaly get get this achievement by playin alone, all you have to do is just to take the kiss minigame and activate starstream tree times |
