Easy way to get Advanced Close Combat challenge:
Do this on the 3rd Echelon level – Note – you only need to complete the garage section of this level to complete this challenge, this will unlock when you get to reception (It didn’t pop on my screen but was there when I checked).
From the start of the level, head left around the car, follow the left wall and quickly jump over into the vent to prevent the guards in the booth from spotting you.
Drop down, move through the short tunnel and climb the pipe on the right at the end.
Climb over the top and hang there. There will be two guards directly below you.
Wait for one of them to walk off to the left, he will stop and turn around before moving off further.
Now drop down and take the guy infront of the car hostage, move into the darkness behind the pillar and kill him.
Now hug the right wall and cross the garage into the vent – Plant the first C4.
Head up the stairs here and snake-cam under the door – there is one guard directly infront of the door, and another patrolling the length of the garage (I found it easier to wait a few seconds for the patrolling guard to come closer then move away again).
Once he’s gone open the door, quickly hostage the guard and drag him into the room to execute, then close the door again.
Snake-cam the door again and wait for the guard to come around and begin patrolling the left side, then open the door and move all the way down the right side and hide behind the van at the end.
Look up the ramp and wait for the guard up there to come around and move off - pay attention to the camera’s sweep - then head up the ramp and into the door on your right – close it behind you.
Plant second C4.
Now all you need to do is snake-cam the door you came in, wait for the guard to come by again – watch for camera too – then get out of the door, move forward and left, hop the railiing and leg it into the elevator.
Job done ;)

Simply Complete All Splinter cell challenges Heres a Guide to make it easier for you.

Mark Mastery - Defeat four or more enemies at once with a mark-and-execute
attack. To be able to do this, earn the Five Seven handgun (by playing through
the single-player story mode), and purchase its reflex scope upgrade.
Alternately, you can do this at the final section of story mode's mission at
Third Echelon; during that sequence, Fisher auto-marks up to five enemies, and
may execute as much as he wants.

Advanced Stealth - Complete an entire level without getting detected, without
coming into bodily contact with any enemy, and without retrying. For an easier
time, do this in the cooperative hunter mode, at the St. Petersburg Banya on
the Rookie difficulty setting, and have the teammate kill all the enemies,
while your character hangs back. The character attempting this challenge can
still throw out explosives from dark areas to help, but he shouldn't do so if
things are too risky.

Advanced Close Combat - Complete an entire scene (a whole level) without
manually shooting a firearm and without retrying. Basically, use only
hand-to-hand attacks and gadgets. (The animation where your character grabs and
then shoots the victim up close is okay. Just don't press the Fire Button, and
don't press the Execute Button, although you may mark enemies to keep track of
them. For an easier time, do this at a level like Scene 2 (Kobin's Mansion) on
the Rookie difficulty setting.

10X Predator - Defeat ten enemies in a row without getting detected. Group
discounts are available using remote explosives.
[Story spoiler removed]
Assault Rifle Marksman - Defeat fifteen enemies with a single assault rifle
magazine, without reloading. For an easier time, do this during Fisher's
super-enhanced mark-and-execute mode at the end of Scene 8 (Third Echelon HQ).
Remember to reload before you start Fisher's run, and never touch the reload
button through the whole sequence.

Pistol Marksman - Defeat ten enemies with a single pistol magazine, without
reloading. For an easier time, do this during Fisher's super-enhanced
mark-and-execute mode at the end of Scene 8 (Third Echelon HQ). Remember to
reload before, and then never touch the reload key until you've satisfied this
condition.

Colateral Damage - Grab a human shield, move him to a closed wooden door, and
then bash him through the door. Use the "bash" prompt when it appears. Note
that metal doors are bash-proof.

Human Collision - Grab a human shield, and then throw him into another enemy.
Your character can throw reasonably far, so there is no need to walk all the
way up close. Note that the enemy getting hit by the thrown body can stand back
up and resume his attack.

Deadly Fall - Grab a human shield, and then throw him off into a fall of 10
meters or more. Some areas where this can be done are Scene 7 (White Box
Laboratories - office area windows), Scene 8 (Third Echelon HQ - office area
windows and stairs), and Cooperative Story Mode Scene 2 (Russian Embassy -
rooftop area).

Environmental Hazard - Defeat three or more enemies at once with an
environmental (non-gadget) trap, like a large chandelier or a red explosive
barrel. Gadgets do not count as environmental hazards.

Security Device Diversion - Defeat an enemy who is investigating the disruption
of an electrical light, camera, or other installation security device.

Car Alarm Investigation - Defeat an enemy who is investigating a car alarm.
Some areas where this can be done are Scene 2 (Kobin's Mansion - front gate)
and Scene 5 (Washington Monument - at the parking lot before the end).

Human Kevlar - Grab a human shield, and then defeat three or more enemies at
once with a mark-and-execute attack, while still holding the human shield. The
enemies who are marked don't have to be alerted. To be able to do this, earn,
equip, and upgrade a handgun that has three or more marking points.

Group Neutralization - Stun three or more enemies at once with a flashbang, EMP
grenade, or portable EMP, and then defeat them all while they are still
stunned. For an easier time, after stunning the enemies, use a remote mine
against them.

Alternate Door Entry - Defeat an enemy by bashing a wooden door into him. Note
that metal doors are bash-proof. For an easier time, use the goggles to check
and verify that the enemy is standing directly behind the wooden door. Kobin's
Mansion has a scripted bash-able enemy if you have Fisher bust into the front
door like a madman.

Breaking Glass - Grab a human shield, and then throw him through a glass
window. It may take a few tries to get the aiming down, but it's fairly easy.
Just make sure other enemies were not alerted before and shot out the windows
(or opened them).

Effective Interrogation - When interrogating a key enemy character, bash the
victim against three different types of enrivonmental objects. This one is very
easy to do -- just look for three different settings. You can do this in
Fisher's first mission with the gang leader (urinal row, washing sink, and
stall door).

Full Recovery - Cooperative mode. Get knocked down, and then sit back up and
defeat five or more enemies before being revived. For an easier time, do this
on the Rookie difficulty setting. On that setting, the hard part may be getting
downed by enemies before they find your partner and fire on him as well.

Remain Undetected - Get detected, and then run away back into hiding for ten
minutes or more. Your character can still kill enemies from dark areas, as long
as he doesn't get detected. Or, he can simply stare at a weapon stash or
something. Easily done by having one of the enemies see Fisher (say, Korbin's
Mansion), then wasting them all. Wait out your ten minutes and you get this
task done.

the hard part for me personally on this one was "full recovery".
on realistic its just way too easy to die before you can score the kills, and alot of the time on the lower diffiulties it was hard getting the enemies to actually focus on me so i could kill them.
After playing through many co-op sessions with friends i thought this would come naturally but i was wrong lol.
The best and easiest method imo, was this ;
1* select local co-op/ split screen game with 2nd controller.
2* select HUNTER, on ROOKIE, st petersgurg banya.
3* equip 3 armour items on suit.
4* equip handgun with best power/clip size ratio.
(mk23 i believe, 18 shots)
5* Start level as normal but dont bother with 2nd controller.
6* play as normal until you reach room with chandelier (can be marked)
7* get downed on ground floor, behind chandelier.
8* when downed, shoot chandelier for easy 3 kills + distraction so you can easily shoot and kill a good few more. I ended up getting 12 enemies this time round :-)

everyone has probably already got this by now,
but here's what I used to get the advanced stealth & Advanced Close Combat.

on the Washington monument level, just follow RogueGhostSJT's video below.

quick and easy on this level.
if you do get detected or fire a shot you will have to quit out to the main menu and re-select the level from the scene select screen.

Full Recovery

There's a checkpoint inside the Russian Embassy (the large open area with two shootable chandeliers - right before the 2nd large area where the computer-hack room is on co-op). There'll be an execution in this room down by some crates in the main lit area. Wait for this to happen.

Position yourself at the top of the stairs looking down into the area where the crates are. There's five guys down there and two looking down from opposite facing high windowed rooms. You may not get all 5 guys the first time, but a subsequent reload of the checkpoint will do it.

The second player can take position behind the barriers at the top of the stairs. You're both in shadow. Standing on the stairs shoot at the guys and they'll run over to the crates, spot you and open fire. If you stand too far back from the stairs they'll come running up to find you and it'll wreck your strategy. Wait to get downed, sit up, shoot out both chandeliers and take out any remaining guys. If you blow it, restart the checkpoint.

The plus points are the five guys waiting to be taken down, always in place; the chandeliers to help and the shadows to start in, providing good cover for your teammate. That and the immediate checkpoint and you can replay the set-up easily until you get it.

Jump to 2:28 in this video (not mine) to see the stairs and area I mean:
