I found this by a guy called xGameFreak6661x, here's his Youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/xGameFreak6661x. It's really good and took me about 20 minutes to do.
It has to be done in co-op(If you don't have any friends to do it with then you can use a second controller) on Mosdok Grounds, best done on the rookie difficulty setting.
Make sure that the player you're controlling is closest to the door.

After countless times trying to get this achievement, I finally got it on Russian Embassy I. Grab a scoped gun (I used the AK47) and go to the back of the map, where there are two tall ledges with plants and statues on them. Go to the left ledge and stay up there the entire 20 waves(and if playing coop have your partner go on the other ledge). Hop down from the ledge and get ammo for your assault rifle after each wave if you want. The ledge is very dark and enemies will have horrible accuracy when trying to shoot you, and as long as you keep on shooting them, they will lay off of the EMP.

Here's how I did it...
Level 2 (St Petersburg Banya 2)
Lowest difficulty
2 Players
Best player needs a silenced pistol the other an un-silenced gun. On one side of the courtyard there is a building with a second floor enter this building and head upstairs.
Un-silenced player takes the windows and shoots the enemies while the other guy handles the stairs.
The guy on the stairs needs to scan and mark, the enemies as they run in on the ground floor, as they climb the stairs the player runs down tapping B for a disarm death move. If there's two enemies then hit Y straight after for an easy take down. Then go back to the top of the stairs scan, mark, rinse, repeat.
The player covering the stairs may get captured but the other player should have enough time to run over and save him.
The beauty of this method is the un-silenced gun attracts the enemies so they ignore the EMP and the stairs is the only entrance so they can't surprise you :) |

Players: 2
Level: Mozdok, the one that's a big circle type map.
Difficulty: Rookie
Weapons: Any pistol (I used the Five-Seven) and AK-47 (both players)
Equipment: Have one player max ammo and the other max equipment. Frags and proximity mines recommended.
Strategy: Once the game starts have both players head to the second floor and stand in the stairwell doorways. The player with the max ammo slots stands close to the third door way and the equipment player stands across the map from the doorway. This causes the enemies to funnel through one doorway. Just keep shooting when enemies come out. After every round, the ammo player goes and collects ammo. The other player just use the pistol. Later levels use frags or proximity mines when it starts getting cluttered with enemies. On wave 11-20, we started switching positions every rounds. Very quick and easy method. Neither player has a chance to be downed since they funnel out and stand there. No chance for them to even shoot at the EMP. |

This was the quickest method that I found to do it on. This method requires a partner, but should take you less than 20 minutes to do. Some added things to note are that the level is on Mozdok Grounds 1, and to do this, all you have to do is stand where they show you in the videos before the wave starts. I think that by doing this, it forces them to spawn in that one area. The gun I used was the five-seven upgraded completely. I didn't bother with a second weapon since the pistol seemed to work perfectly. It is also a good idea to use frag grenades and remote mines as your gadgets. For the first 5 waves, if you hold out on using any gadgets, it will make it a lot easier for the later rounds since you'll have more to be working with. You'll also want to put all of your costume upgrades on the 3 gadgets. Whenever you use your gadgets, make sure to let your partner know, so that you both aren't using them at the same time. If one of you gets downed, don't fret, you'll still be able to shoot at them with the angle you have while down, and you'll have enough time to be able to revive your partner and make it back before the next wave begins.
It may take you a few rounds to get used to how this is done, but once you get it down, it's very easy to complete.

For the players with no friends to coop with
Players: 1
Level: Banya 2
Difficulty: Rookie
Weapons: Any pistle (no silencer), i choosed the USP45. Use a good rifle like G36C.
Equipment: max armor
equipment. telecom mines and proximity mines.
First choose Banya 2, go to the 2nd floor, (dont forget to destroy all the lights in the stair, make noise by shooting with your gun and then wait for the enemy with a good rifle (SC3000 and G36C helped me a lot and the shootgun is useful too). And if the enemy get tired of you and start attacking the iem make noise again with your desert eagle (not with the rifle because desert eagle has infinity of munitions like the other guns). You can shoot them too from the window. |

| The Best Place that I found to do this achievement on was St. Petersburg II. The giant center ring is perfect once the lights are out. The best method is to use two people with silenced weapons, preferably the five-seven ( 4 marks) and a secondary (may not even use) of choice. Each player sets themselves up on opposite sides of the inner balcony so they can aim towards the center, but still see the guys running from the long side. The two sides adjacent the the side with the large wall are ideal. Once Each wave starts, immediately begin marking targets, they will come right by you on the balcony, and right below you on the first floor. Execute, then wait for a guard to run past you on the balcony, and grab him for another execute. If you are spotted, climb up on the balcony and jump over the other and drop. You will shake most guards this way. I also recommend armor maxed out so you can soak up quite a few bullets on rookie. Repeat this and the achievement will be yours in no time. |

Here's how I did it...
Level 2 (St Petersburg Banya 2)
Rookie difficulty
30mins - 45mins
2 Players
Go to the building at the end if the courtyard.
Player 1 - Two gun of choose (preferably silenced). Take position it the inside of the stairway door on the right side (window side)
Player 2 - Dessert Eagle and gun of choose. Take position on the middle of the stairs where they meet and crouch. At the start of each round Player 2 needs the run in to the upstairs room to insure no enemies can spawn there.
both players needs to scan and mark, the enemies as they run in grounds. scan, mark, rinse, repeat.
Player 1 may get captured but Player 2 should have enough time to run over or headshot the enemy and save Player 1.
This method is easy, and the Dessert Eagle attracts the enemies to Player 2, so they ignore the EMP and the stairs is the only entrance most of the time Player 1 can pick the enemies off before reach the stairs. they can't surprise you if both player handle their jobs properly.
Tip: stay calm and don't run when they get close to entering the stairs just keep shooting, if Player 1 runs out of ammo any weapon in the doorway will be automatically picked up so just keep using them up. |

| On the map Yestrab Complex in CO-OP both players camp on top of the train. Take out all the lights and both players have silenced pistols (I used the FIVE-SEVEN). One player watches the back of the train and one watches the front. Personally i think this is the quickest and easiest way. If you do not have a decent CO-OP player or one at all send me a friend request and i will do it with you. I could also probably help you get a few challenges you maybe be stuck on.
