This achievement requires the Insurgency DLC. Difficulty does not matter, so might as well make it easy and do it on rookie.
This is done in the 2nd area of the Portland ME map, Hunter game mode. Follow the video guide by kardsharpGaming below, and it will show you a good path to take to get to the washroom. Then it's just a matter of making sure when you kill guys that they're actually in the washroom area, and not the hallway.

The "Washroom" can be found in the second section of Portland, ME. The washroom itself is in the middle of the map on the lower level and in order to get the achievement you must get there without killing more than 6 enemies outside of the room.
This is easiest done on Rookie difficulty by following this route and using sonar goggles to watch for enemies. Start by going up the rail on the right side of the entrance and going to the far left window and into the empty room. Make sure the coast is clear and then go outside of the room and down the stairs to your left. Once down the stairs continue down the hallway to the end and make a right when you're forced to. Enter the room on your left (with a long window at the top of the far wall) and hop the wall. You should be at an entrance to the washroom now.
However you get the kills is up to you but the enemies MUST be in the washroom for them to count (on the tile floor just to be clear). I ended up shooting all the lights out to darken the room and gain their attention, then I just hung out on the pipes and moved around to get the kills. Achievement should pop in no time. |

It's in the second zone, on the Portland map - there's a room marked TOILET.
(it's inside the building with the FIRST AID cross on the door - through the fence.)
All you have to do is get to that room without hardly killing anyone, then make a commotion, (so the number of enemies doubles), and then just kill everybody as they come to investigate.
Make sure they are in the room for every kill.
Personally I took out all the lights, and went up and down the pipe that runs the length of the room, dropping down on them one at a time... and then when there was too many for that, "Mark & Execute" or remote mine.
Unsure whether you need to get these all in one go, I believe so. |

The "Washroom" is located in the second zone of the Portland map. Set the difficulty to the easiest since it doesn't matter what you play on. Try to kill as few enemies as possible before you get to the washroom because you do need to kill 18 enemies which also means you're going to need back-up called against you. The enemies themselves have to be in the washroom not just you. Make sure to shoot out the lights and climbing on the pipes usually will keep you safe/unseen. Use emp's if you get seen and/or any other equipment.

| The 2nd checkpoint is the place for this achievement. Best done on rookie. At first just climb up to 2nd floor there's two poles u can climb on. Then sneak thru the guards(sometimes only one, but sometimes there 2 of them.) Open the door on yr left, u will see a room w/ a broken wall. u can jump and grab the ledge and reach the other side of this checkpoint. And the washroom is on ground floor. There should be 1 or 2 guards around the washroom. Just simple human-shield them and take them into the washroom and finish'em. Then shoot out the lights will get a few guards come and check the broken lights. finish them and let them discover u or yr partner. The guards will come to the washroom and u can just wait and camp till the achievement unlock. |

This one is done in Portland, it's in the part were you enter the jail house, you have to enter the building ones you do look for the sings that lead you to the bathroom. You have to kill 18 guys in there. Note that you can kill them both in the shower or the washroom it just has to be while you are in that room.
I recommend you do it on rookie, I did it on realistic and man was it harsh because it is a very small room and those guys become frag happy when they have you in there. |
