This achievement is called Survivor. At the end of co-op mode (Mozdok Grounds) you and your co-op buddy will enter a Face-off to where the winner will net 10 gamerscore. If you're boosting and want your buddy to get it next just go back into co-op and start the last level from the chapter "airlift" fight your way back to the plane and just let the person that wants the achievement win.

That simple.

[EDIT] If you are quick enough you can also pause and reload the checkpoint before the game ends to allow your partner to unlock the achievement.
