This achievement is called Survivor. At the end of co-op mode (Mozdok Grounds) you and your co-op buddy will enter a Face-off to where the winner will net 10 gamerscore. If you're boosting and want your buddy to get it next just go back into co-op and start the last level from the chapter "airlift" fight your way back to the plane and just let the person that wants the achievement win.
That simple.
[EDIT] If you are quick enough you can also pause and reload the checkpoint before the game ends to allow your partner to unlock the achievement. |

After you complete Co-Op on Mozdok grounds and are in the plane there will be a final Mission where you have to Kill your Co-Op teammate.
This is quite easy to get for both players. When the Kill Mission starts both players run to a central point, Player 1 kills player 2, as soon as the achievement pops, (Start) (Restart Last Checkpoint) repeat. Player 2 kills player 1, achievement pops, mission ends and still will get:

| You will be able to get this achievement after the last mission. Just kill your co-op buddy in the showdown for an easy 10G. If they aren't just going to let you win to get the achievement, shoot at them and thn run up and melee them. |
