Your first opportunity to get this Weapon is in the Level "Armory"but I wouldn't recommend Picking it up if you still need Volt Driver kills, besides the Volt Driver is the most Powerfull Weapon and kill almost every Enemy with 1-2 Hits. You should save this Weapon for the End of the Game. In the Level "Driving to Sparta" after the Cutscene go to Vladimir and Gear up ... and don't forget to pick up the Heavy Automatic Shotgun. You'll Encounter many Nosalises and Amoebas in Chapther 6 near the End of the Game and you should easily get your 50 kills.
