| If you want to get this achievement fast, but not pass up on any achievements (savior, for instance), there is still a way. After rescuing your fourth little sister ( in siren alley if you have been rescuing all of them), you get your first gift from the little sisters. Inside is some ADAM, money, and the gene tonic Proud Parent. KEEP THIS ON AT ALL TIMES! It will net you 40 more ADAM per little sister (120 from gathers instead of 80). This will help you out very much in the long run, especially with the Demanding Father tonic that speeds up harvests by 2x. |

This really isn't too difficult to get.
You go through the little tutorial-ish-thing telling you to Hold X and follow the line, protect them while harvesting etc.
After you finish doing that, you have the ability to do that with any little sister you adopt. Do it enough and you'll get it. It doesn't matter if you rescue or harvest the little sisters only that you collect with them.
Just note; you don't have to collect with them. So if you really don't feel like doing it anymore after getting the achievement you can either harvest them on the spot or adopt them, take then to the vents, and choose to rescue/harvest them there. Having them gather/collect/what-ever-you-wish-to-call-it just gives you a higher ADAM intake.
