During the course of the story you will need to find a ticket to go thru a door to get into what seems like an amusement park, along the way you will pass a mechanical version of Andrew Ryan, as you press the button and listen to him babble on, you may or may not see a Memorable item resting in the corner of the room behind him, its a golf club. Using you telekinesis, throw the golf club at his head and it will explode, soon after the achievement will unlock :)
