These are the first 3 guns that are unlocked for the Recon class. Getting kills with vehicles, while as a sniper, does NOT count towards your recon score.
Type 88 Sniper -- Unlocked at 2,200 Recon Score
SV98 Snaiperskaya -- Unlocked at 6,000 Recon Score
SVU Snaiperskaya Short -- Unlocked at 15,000 Recon Score
Note: You can use the website -- http://bfbc2.elxx.net -- to track your progress. The stats may be delayed a little bit, but it saves you from quitting out of matchmaking and back to the main menu. |

| Worth adding that you cannot use vehicles to get this (as vehicle score adds to the vehicle unlocks), but you can use 'All Kits' weapons (e.g M1 Garand, Shotguns) as long as you are using them with the Recon Kit. |

| This acheivement becomes insanely easy once you unlock the 12X optics spec. You can sit back and try for Marksman Headshot bonuses which can easily double or triple your score for a single kill. My best kill like this was a 50 point kill plus 10 points for the headshot plus 330 points for the Marksman Headshot bonus. It was a LONG shot and it ended up getting me 390 points, for one kill. It adds up fast when each kill is 200 plus points. |
