Very simple achievement.

Just go to Multiplayer and select "Quick Match". Pick any variation of settings, and then wait for an online match. It may take only one match, or possibly two, but once you've played 15 minutes it will unlock.

Please keep in mind that this accumulates across all game modes, and you don't need to finish a match for it to unlock.
