This is a time consumng achievement. I found it easier to concentrate on winning every race, and then going for the points thresholds. I found concentrating on winning the race also gained the fastest lap time stars, and even the majority of the points thresholds (some points thresholds are very tricky however). Then i went back through and gained the remaining points thresholds (just remember drafting and mastering corners can really stack up the points). It should be noted that once you have achieved the remaining star in a race or series, you can load up the next race and then quit. This will still keep the star you just earned in the previous race, but you will not have to finish that particular series to keep it. This can save a lot of time.
