The level in question is Year One, level 3 : A Jinxed Broom.

Simply load it up in Freeplay from the Leaky Cauldron board, and go through it as fast as possible. Don't stop to do anything other than what's needed to progress.

Recommended character to use would be Hermione or Ron as you will need to use your pet on the tubes.
