On the "Follow The Spiders" level in year 2 (5th level i think). At the end you have to defeat a large spider and it keeps sending loads of medium spiders at you, just play as ron through this bit and you are bound to get it

edit : as suggested by Alita360, dont start throwing the spiders at the boss until you have got the cheevo as it will move on

Easy to get, Just follow this video I made.

Tips

Year 2
Level - Follow the Spiders
Make sure you have and use the character RON
Kill the Medium size spiders with Ron
