| You do not have to collect all 500 in a single game. I started a couple of different games, one with my daughter, and one with my wife. The achievement popped before I finished year one on the second game. |

| If you follow nearly headless Nick around as he shows you where to go from early in the game you will get this achievement quick quickly. The ghost studs are the pale blue ones. |

| Ghost studs are the light blue studs that appear when you are following a ghost to a location. You can easily get this within the first two years of the story |

| The number makes this achievement sound hard but actually it isn't. All you have to do is follow ghosts around hogwarts and you will get the achievement. Every time they move around they drop a ghost stud which like all the other studs you just walk over top of them to collect them. |

| As a sidenote,this will be loads better if you wait a bit and buy the Ghost Stud Collector when you find it in the Red Boxes and buy it from the shop. Each Ghost stud will then Earn you 1,000 points |
