Set up a game with 2 controllers, Win the Coin Toss and pick your main controller to receive. Kick the ball up the field with the second controller and return up the field for a Touchdown. The trick here is using the second controller, keep pressing B to select an opposing player and then X to make him dive to the ground. That way you'll have a free path all the way to the End Zone.
Now let them score in a similar way to make it as quick as possible and then repeat step A for your second touchdown of the game. Note it must be with the same player for the achievement to count.
Once you've scored your second touchdown, you can quit the game and the achievement should unlock.
