your best bet is to use a team with really good defense
jets would be the best as they own, or at least OWNED the best corner in the game.
However I obtained the achievement using the bears, Charles tillman got the ball for the td.
play a quick game
select the lions to play against
pick your team
start the game
now hit start button, game options, CPU skills, turn everything to 0 except fumbles!
Set fumbles to 100, you dont want them to fumble the ball ever if going for this achievement.
Now also set your game to rookie.
Just let the CPU pick your defense plays and try to not play as the cornerbacks or safety.
They should get picks very easily and when they do take controll and try to break any tackels which should also be very easy most times.
