This comes automactically as you play through chapter 10. It happens after the cut scene and you going back to your home/to bed. You will be awoke by a phone call from the bartender from the Lone Star to get Joe. It goes from there, as I do not want to spoil anything for you. Once you complete the mini mission you will get your 10GS.
