Story related, can't be missed.

The achievement will pop immediately after the cut-scene where Vito reads the note from Joe telling him to meet him at Freddy's, and to bring a piece and some lockpicks. This happens after you steal the gas stamps and sell them to gas stations, then go to Joe's apartment and activate the couch.
