story related, can't miss it.

very early in chapter 3, you will be asked first to haul crates, then when Vito flips shit about it and drops Joe's name, he is instead told to collect money to pay the barber. After beating up the tall guy in the plaid shirt, head back to Derrick and a cut-scene will start. the achievement pops after the cut-scene is finished.
