You will start the game in a prison, the other inmates are rioting and you have to escape. Just go through the doors and there will be three guards that you need to beat in fights.

Hold A so that you can dodge and try to use counter punches. Use Y for Hard hits and you will be shown which buttons to press on-screen after you have worn down your opponent a bit.

After winning the fights proceed through to the laundry room and it will trigger a cutscene. Achievement unlocked.
