I do not take credit for this video but this is an easy way to get the 1 million points achievement, it takes about 3 to 4 hours to do it best time to do it would be at work or while you're sleeping. You can also get mileage using this method even tho its a little slow.

EDIT: You need to get 1,000,000 million points total in your city score. It is not a combination of mission scores so you must definitely get the full 1,000,000 million though your city score.
