After rescuing Tequila, follow her through the early stages of the Research Lab. There are 2 xenos and an android that will attack you until you reach a big room with a train line.
3 Androids will attempt to shoot you from long range until the train comes, and drops off 3 more. Take care of these with your Scope Rifle and progress through. Tequila will struggle near a room where 2 xenos will start jumping at the glass, but don't worry, they're safe in there.
Follow Tequila for another 20 seconds and you'll make it to the surgery room, where a cutscene will play, and this will pop. |
