While this can be obtained online, it is easiest to do it in a private match by one's self. (It can also be done in local match, if wanted.) Play team dogfight (or any mode you want, but team dogfight is fastest) on the cadet difficulty and be sure to give yourself some allies, especially with the Whirlybird (sniper), or else the A.I. will give you a hard time.

For the Whirlybird, set up as far back as you can and snipe away; usually the A.I. will keep each other busy, allowing for easy pickings. As for the Dragonfly, attempt to aim for groups of the A.I. as the lightning weapon jumps to nearby targets.
