As much of LP²'s achievements, this latter can be done in both Campaign & Multiplayer modes
I had it on Episode 5, you should have it during your 1st playthrough too
Rocket Launcher, Rifle and Shotgun are efficient to destroy VSs, don't forget grenades too of course |
