Use concentration mode by holding in the left analog stick as much as you can even at close range.
Also if the area is very enclosed then pull out the pistol and take out easy targets that are staying still. |

| You will get this many, many times during your playthrough of the campaign. You really don't need any specific instruction. There will be plenty of opportunities when your enemies will have no idea where you are and you'll have plenty of time to line up a shot on their heads, hold your breath, *bang!* |

| For those of us that want the achievement faster, find an area which has a few enemys and kill them with headshots, then re start checkpoint, the kills add up they dont reset. Happy head hunting!! |
