You get to a point in the story where you board a boat called the Pearl. A short way into the boat you'll reach a room that contains a lever (don't pull it) and a Dethex Launcher.
Use the secondary fire on the launcher to create an energy ball and guide it through the maze on the wall opposite the lever.
Then guide it though the floor towards the blue door, once the balls under the door detonate it and the door will be destroyed revealing a small room with some chrono written in. Activate the writing with LB and the achievement will pop.
