| The previous Guide writers' solutions are correct. Here is my video showing how to do the achievement at the beginning of the game, as soon as you level your Driving ability to Level 2.

Just before nighttime in Pacific City, go to a tactical location you have taken, find a minigun and detach it from the base. Carry the minigun to an area where there are at least fifty freaks (these are easy to find after sunset). Take the minigun and stand at least twenty feet away from a large group of freaks (this way you can mow them down as they charge you) and begin firing the minigun. just keep the minigun level and pan back and forth through a crowd of freaks while backing up. Try not to let freaks get to close to you as they will affect your accuracy if they hit you. The minigun has 1000 bullets so keep firing until the agency narrator tells you good job and the achievement pops. This took me about 200 bullets so it is probable that two people could do it with the same minigun.
Don't forget to tell the freaks to say hello to your little friend! |

Get in the Agency Buggy(Driving Rank 2 needed) and find a large group of freaks. Face them while in the buggy and hold LB and the minigun on top will tear through them like butter.
Achievement unlocked my first try. |
