Requires level 5 agility and (Y) is to activate the Wingsuit. I would suggest practicing with the Wingsuit out of a chopper to get the hang of it before attempting most of these.

As mentioned by HybridPK and confirmed by m0rph3us17 with the addition of the toy box DLC you can use the jet boots to help you, I haven't tried it but i would imagine that this helps a lot since you can basically fly with them if used correctly. If i remember correctly you don't need to buy the DLC to use these just DL the free version.
