This is a really simple achievement.
First of all pick up a broken street light, (u can break them by kicking or punching them)

Next find a group of enemies, run into the middle of them and double tap A (this engages your boosters).

Now hold A till your boosters run out and as soon as that happens press and hold B
Achievement unlocked!
