In order to get this achievement you must collect all the cards, special cards, aliens and townspeople that are hidden throughout the levels of the game. When you click on a specific level it tells you how many of each of the hidden collectibles are left on each level. This has absolutely nothing to do with the Woody's Roundup portion of the game. It would be impossible to list all of the locations of all the collectibles but there is a great walk-through of the game that includes all of their locations at this link: http://www.gamefaqs.com/xbox360/945065-toy-story-3/faqs/6027...
