Easiest and most fun way to get kilometres driven (and stunt points!):
Go to the international airport, call in a car from black market, wait at the beginning of one of the big runways for a 747 to come, tether your car to the plane's nose (might take a couple of tries to get them to stick together), and get in your car.
Get ready for the ride of your life and kilometres driven! Also give you stunt points which contribute towards Stunt Driver achievement.
(Just don't hit B to jump out into stunt position on your car, the tether to the plane will break for some reason)

If you want to get this achievement collect some money, work towards the Stunt Driver achievement, and complete a race challenge at the same time, try 'The Raya Race' to the east of the main island. I clocked up around 30km and around 75 - 80 stunt driver points during this one race!
You drive through several towns etc as well, so it helps towards the Globetrotter achievement too! |

| I got both this achievement and "stunt driver" achievement at once. First, go to the biggest city in the game (the one separated by bridges) and either spawn or jack a sports car. Once you got a car, simply get onto a bridge and drive as fast a possible. The bridge makes a GIANT loop so you can keep driving forever. |
