Shoot your grappling hook into an enemy, keep the left bumper down and aim it at a higher point (trees, poles, infrastructure) in a way you enemy is hanging in the air at eye-hight and then release the bumper. Beat him up with your melee attack (B), rinse and repeat this for four more times, get the achievement, be awesome. :)
