the best way i found was to head out to sea and hijack the potrol boats every time i hijacked one another showed up all u have to do it sling across to them and hijack.
i did it on hardcore and i hijacked 30 befor i died.
doing it on land on hardcore i was lucky if i did 3. |

A hijack maneuver is only counted if you perform it on a vehicle that is driven by an enemy. You will notice that for civilian vehicles you need not press a button combo and those do not count.
To hijack a vehicle you have to either approach the driver seat and hit the "Y" button (if the vehicle should happen to stand still) or "Stunt Jump" onto them by pressing the "B" button once it is highlighted or you can grapple and reel in to the vehicle.
Keep in mind that your target vehicle must have only the driver in it for you to engage the quick time event that will hijack it. In order to get rid of the passengers you can shoot them from the outside or you can jump onto the vehicle by one of the previously depicted methods and then use your left stick to move around. Hanging on the bumper you can then shoot at the passengers who will open the doors and try to get rid of you!
Once the driver is alone you can enter the vehicle by pressing the "Y" button. This will initialise a quick time event. You have to push three buttons to oust the driver and commandeer the vehicle. Take your time as a wrong input will result in you taking a hit to your HP.
Do this 50 times and the achievement is yours!
The easiest way do get this achievement is to hijack boats. You can grapple onto the enemy in the gunner seat, effectively pulling him off so there is no need to shoot him. Additionally, when engaging in the quick time event the boat still drives onwards which should get you out of harms way! Another helpful fact is that the density of patrol boats is much lower and you will seldom get swamped by them! |

| I did this with the helicopters just jumped into one with all the guns and started blazzin things soon they will just start sending more copters at u and you just jump out of yours using the b button dangle until the next chopper gets close and grapple on to it took me maybe 10 minutes to get 20 or so pretty easy and fast plus you get alot of chaos from blowing everything up inbetween the coppers they send!! Hope this helps!! |

| get a helicopter after you then hijack it and cause chaos until another is on your tail. jump out of your helicopter and jack the new one. repeat until you hear the lovely "bleep-bloop" of an achievement |
