Easiest and most fun way to get stunt points:
Go to the international airport, call in a car from black market, wait at the beginning of one of the big runways for a 747 to come, tether your car to the plane's nose (might take a couple of tries to get them to stick together), and get in your car.
Get ready for the ride of your life and stunt points frenzy! Also counts as "kilometres driven" for some reason! You'll also get the Road Trip achievement at the same time! BONUS!
(Just don't hit B to jump out into stunt position on your car, the tether to the plane will break for some reason)

You gain stunt points by getting air from a jump or by driving very quickly.
*EDIT* The new fastest way that I've found to get stunt points is just to go to Panua City and go around the highway there with a fast car. (I used the standard Roaches car.) As long as you keep a fast speed on the highway, you will get a stunt point every 5 seconds or so.This method takes about 10 minutes, depending on how many collisions you have along the way.
The previously fastest way that I found to get stunt points was to go to the Gunung Gila Pangkat Facility after gaining the extraction ability. (It is the first stronghold you get for the red side.) Take one of the vehicles right outside the base and then just jump off the cliffs next to the base. I usually got around 5 points for every cliff dive. After you fall in the water, just extract back to the base and do it again. Only took about 30 minutes for all 100 points. |

Stunt Points can be accumulated through simply driving quickly. On the roads, though, cars can get in the way and cause problems for you.
However, Panau has its own racing circuit - complete with Sports cars driving around in a race. The driving here is high speed and not at all challenging.
This Race Track is located at X: 9710, Y:11413.
It is on Bandar Selekeh Island, which is just to the East of Panau International Airport. There is also the Soft Top Titus ZJ here; which is a car I haven't found anywhere else.
Stunt Points accumulate, you never lose the ones you've got. If you take the corners with some sensibility, you should get to 100 points without much difficulty.

| This one comes pretty naturally as you play through for the other achievements. Going off jumps, skidding, and attaining top speed seem to be the only things that are worth points. If you have done all the other achievements and still don't have this one, go to Panau Airport. Just outside the airport is a large roundabout where two highways intersect. Get in any sports car and just drive around at top speed around the roundabout dodging the cars. There is a sports car on a large white display between the roundabout and airport if you can't find one driving around the area. |

You can get stunt points simply by driving very quickly, at pretty much 1 point every 2 seconds whilst at top speed.
I got this achievement by hijacking a Hamaya Cougar motorcycle and then driving on the main highway around the island for about 3-4 minutes. |

| This is very easy to get. All you need to do is drive along the giant freeway that loops through the city islands in a fast car. At top speed you get a stunt driver point every seond. |

| A faster way of getting 100 stunt driver points is by simply driving on the wrong side of the wrong. Get any vehicle and speed along the wrong side of the road and you will get points accordingly. this method will also help you get the achievement Road trip for driving 75 kilometers by a land vehicle |
