True Heirs is the Taiwanese mission, the achievement is awarded for defeating Omar Deng.
The tactic I used to beat Deng was to pick an end of the long room you fight in, keep in cover and use the Assault rifle as he runs towards you, before punching him a few times, and then running (He does ALOT of Melee damage) Every so often 4 more guys enter the room, so take them out quickly to get back to Deng.
As with all bosses, pistol chain shot works well too |
