This achievement is actually quite simple if you are going for it, use professional dialogue with EVERYONE except for Konstantin Brayko, SIE and Steven Heck.
Every conversation choice with SIE and Brayko should be Aggressive, and every one with Heck should be Suave.
Use this throughout, and everyone will like you, except Brayko, who will be -1(Neutral) but the important part is that when you keep choosing aggressive choices with him, he offers you an alliance.
Follow the dialogue choices, and accept a deal when someone offers it.
In the end game, accept to work for Leland, and at the very end, choose the option to Betray.
The only missable alliances are Sergei Surkov, you must hack his computer in the American Embassy, or he will not offer you a deal. And whoever you choose as handler for Braykos mansion, you must save them. (If you play the game as a veteran, you have the option to get both the data and the torture victim) |

Welcome, I recommend you utilize the following methods during your first/second playthrough to allow yourself more freedom to gain the lesser GS achievements if you so choose too in the later playthroughs…I may mention A FEW SPOILERS, but in all honesty it really wont ruin your experience…Very important that during this attempt you also go for Ask Questions First, Shoot later which is complementary to siding with everyone.
For this achievement you should play the whole game giving out as many positive (+1) marks as you can and keeping people alive, especially all bosses. Follow the list below with your progress during the story. Note certain events, mainly the ones toward the end during Alpha Endgame missions
When the achievement popped for me at the very end of the game, I had Liked or better status with everyone except the following people (all kept at Neutral)
1- Omar Mohammed bin Nasri- Neutral
2- Georgi – The Russian guy at the bar you meet at your arrival to Moscow (he remained neutral)
3- Konstatine Brayko- Mafia leader, see below to keep him at a base neutrality.
4- Madison – I personally missed seducing her and concluded the game with her at neutral.
5- Sis- Neutral and spared
6- Ronald Sung- Neutral, concurrently was defeated during plathrough (believed to be irrelevant)
7- Jibril Al-Bara- Neutral again was defeated and possibly irrelevant.
8- Championchik (Pavel Vanyaev) – Neutral and same as 6 & 7
City Missions-
I compelted the missions in this order without leaving the area and without skipping to the “last level” of each city, making sure I did all meetings and missions before the final one of the respected area.
(1)Saudi Arabia
Sheikh Shahead: Make him your ally, follow answers in suit with professional responses, keep him alive both here AND much later towards the end.
(2)Rome Italy
Conrad Maldburg – during the missions and towards the end make sure you give as many (+) marks as you can, agreeing and joining sides with him. Upon exiting the interigation room in Alpha Endgame (way after Rome), you should by then have his marks up high enough and choose to leave and spare him (whether this gives negative points is redundant, shouldn’t be enough to drop out of liked status, just as long as you don’t kill him)
(3)Taipei Taiwan
Albatross- leader of G22 Unit, keep him + using professional and make sure you choose to rescue him INSTEAD of going for the data later in the game. Ive been told skipping him causes his death and forgoes the Ask Questions First, Shoot Later achievement.
Omen Dang – leader of China: Secret Police – professional stances and do NOT kill him in the subway and after the fight, work with him and join sides.
Hong Shi – leader of the White Oak Triad - again professional responses
Steven Heck – Cocky Agent, go with X all the way, the only time I used a professional mark was to insure he didn't kill people when he assists you in a mission (that's what I did at least, didn't effect him and not sure if it is relevant)
(4)Moscow Russia
-The G22 Organization- Persuade Albatross for the second time and continue to please him for this aspect of the achievement. At one point he will ask you to get rid of the trace bots you installed on his systems, I bluffed with X and won't find out.
- Konstatine Brayko of the Russian Mafia – prevent him from giving out any marks at all and allow him to live, I used Aggressive stances as well as the obvious to not execute and spare his life.
-Sergei Surkov – first you will be ensuring you don’t insult him and act professional. Choose to help him out of the building and PROTECT him, DO NOT LET HIM DIE during the mansion escape. Keep up professional dialogue to gain his favor. He is good at covering from fire, but he can be killed from a single grenade, make sure you rush the truck to gain the aggro from the enemies.
-Georgi Pazinhov – First person you will meet in Moscow, use the “cocky edge” to prevent him from giving out (-) scores, personally I received the achievement when he was at Neutral due to the fact you will only meet him once, right before he opens up sales on the blackmarket.
-SIE – the leader of VCI - the hot blonde in the army gear that doesn’t get naked. Keep her (+) during the game by giving her all aggressive marks, she likes it. Make sure she doesn’t give you (-) marks during your strap down on the table towards the end (that is the handler I selected btw)
(5)Alpha Protocol Head Quarters interrogations and Endgame Mission
**Make sure you select Join Halbech then continue…
-Alan Parker – the following leaders of gangs like Shaheed & Omen Dang, absolutely must stay alive during the game playthrough, allowing the option of choosing to Contact Parker at the end
-After the final boss fight make sure to select “Betray Lenard” for the achievement to unlock. Fighting both Alan Parker then Yancy Westridge won’t drop there reputation by then. If you played your cards right and followed, everyone else should be alive except some mentioned at the top, you will also unlock Ask Questions First, Shoot Later
