This achievement is awarded for 100 head shots with Assault Rifles. It is not clear whether or not they need to be head shots which result in kills and/or head shots which are also critical hits. You will be facing far more than 100 enemies in the course of the game so there is plenty of opportunity to work on this achievement.
In my first playthrough of the game on Hard difficulty, I earned this achievement while working on the second of the three non-linear mission areas. I made heavy use of the "Subsonic" round type - if you select your targets in the right order, you can clear an entire room without the enemies becoming aware of your presence. |
