*Edit*: Thanks to *Fred Freestyle* and *ardlive*, it has been verified that there is more than one set of choices that can unlock this vaugely worded achievement. It appears that the important aspects are to let Shaheed live in Saudi Arabia so that you can later meet w/ him and agreed to betray your country, and finally refuse to work with Leland.
Here is specifically what I did to unlock the achievement:
In Saudi Arabia:
- Let Shaheed live
Just before the final assault:
- Meet w/ Shaheed, tell him you are prepared to betray your country, then execute him
During the final assault:
- Refuse to work with Leland (punch him if you want)
- Execute Westridge

Reinforcing the above solution
Step 1) DO NOT kill Shaheed in Saudi Arabia near the start of the game.
Step 2) Contact Shaheed before the final mission in operation End Game. When given the option of betraying your country during the conversation, select "Yes"
Step 3) Refuse to work for either Halbech of Alpha Protocol.
Anything else, such as rescuing Mina, talking to Scarlet, fighting Parker or Marburg in the hall, your choice of handler, allowing Shaheed to live or allowing Westbridge to live are all unimportant.
If you've done it right, the achievement should activate after you've made your choice of what to do with Westridge after beating him as the end boss. |
