In Rome, you'll have three opportunities to talk to Marburg. First, in the "Contact Jibril al-Bara" mission; second, at Marburg's villa, and third, at the Museum. In the museum you'll need to take the right-hand path at the decision point to defuse the bomb at the exhibit instead of saving Madison (choosing Madison will cause Marburg to lose respect for you).
In all of your conversations with Marburg you should choose the B button path (professional stance). This will max out his respect for you. Then, after the boss fight in the museum the achievement will unlock, shortly before the ending cutscene.
