Pick profressional responses when talking to Mina, towards the end of the game before u have to go and meet people to carry on to the endgame she will be in ur safehouse waiting for u. Progress through the dialogue choices until Kiss shows up, pick that response and if u have a high enough + rating with her the achievement will unlock after the short cutscene.
