The thing i did to get a 'romantic trist' with scarlet was:
Send as much as info to her (emails that i received and got the option to send them to someone else.) almost every time i forwarded an
an email to her i got +1 like. and always be as honest as possible also keep in mind that you have to stay as friendly as possible.
At the end of the game you can visit Scarlet, Sheik Ali etc, just visit
Scarlet first, be suave and honest. then stay when she asks if you
have to go or, you can stay. The rest that follows is as simple as it
can be.

| Scarlet responds well to flirting, but I found she was more responsive to you if you let her assist you in the mission in the hotel. Also sending her the e-mails is a way to boost up the number. I believe I had it at 10 when I unlocked this. I don't know if it can be lower. |
