I just wanted to throw this in here to say that if you complete the game the first time around on hard difficulty both this achievement and Ultimate Bad Ass achievement will unlcok. I completed the game on m first time around without upgrading anything at all until I was farming points on Episode 2.4 "Breaking Camp" after I comlpeted the game. So this achievement is not glitched. Just make sure you complete the game on hard and do not start another game until you finish the first one.

**EDIT: As stated in the comments below you must kill all of the archons in the mission "Breaking Camp" or the game will not recognize that you have comleted the level.
