very easy to get on easy mode its on the 4 chapter just dont get downed so stay in cover till u kill everyone then achievement pops up as you exit the back door.

Rustybroom's solution is perfect - however, please note that if you do go down then you will have to quit out of the game and reload the chapter.

Hitting 'restart chapter' from the pause menu doesn't work; your achievement will still be void.
