Technically you can get this on the easiest difficulty if you like but I assume most people will be doing it on 'Ultra-Violence' to get the other achievement. The only advice I can give is to take your time and use your ammo intelligently, don't be wasteful. Also SAVE OFTEN, like every minute often. You'd be surprised how easy it is to go from 100% health and armour to dead because you hit a switch sending out a crowd of demons you weren't prepared for. Also I've found that walkthroughs and video guides are helpful. If you're having trouble with a level I reccomend going to YouTube and searching the level you are on (for example: "Doom 2 MAP15") for visual aid. Also there are plenty of detailed text walkthroughs out there. I will put a link to one.
